Refund policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. To cancel, email info@riversstudios.com.

• Cancellations received 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
• Cancellations received 8 to 29 days before the event are eligible for a refund of up to 25% of the total amount paid.
• No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

This policy protects limited session availability while offering fair consideration for schedule changes.
